Booking Terms and Conditions
A deposit of £10 per person per night is required to secure a reservation. This is payable by cheque through the post or by credit/debit card over the telephone. For security reasons please do not send card details by e-mail. If you need to cancel your holiday more than fourteen days before the start date of your stay with us, the deposit will be refunded. If you need to cancel fourteen days or less before the start of your stay and we are able to re-let the room then your deposit will be refunded; if the room is not re-let then the deposit is not refundable.
Checking in time on your day of arrival is between 2:30pm and 9:00pm unless an earlier/later time has been pre-arranged.
Checking out time on your day of departure is by 10:00am.
For payment of your final bill we accept Sterling cash or the following credit and debit cards:- Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron. (There is no extra charge for payments by card.)
